Bobber continuing to lose weight as her cancer progresses

She was a tiny cat to begin with and I'm afraid to weigh her. Her pre cancer weight was about 7 pounds and I'm sure she is 5 pounds or lower. She still eats but I was wondering about getting some KMR and supplementing with this in addition to her wet and dry food.

Or should I feed her cottage cheese or yogurt?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions, I just wanted to send "feel better vibes" to you and Bobber

She still eats so that's a good thing!

I would try the KMR. That's what we are thinking of trying with Lynxx.

I'd use KMR or kitten glop.

for Bobber.

If I'm out running errands this weekend I'll pick some up. I noticed she has started to limp now on her left front leg. Which was the site for her original tumors.

I thought of something else you could try giving her to drink. We were at Petco a couple of nights ago looking for the KMR to give to Lynxx. My mother found a drink called Catsure. I don't know how old your cat is. On the can it says for cats 7 and up. I've never heard of Catsure, but at that point we were desperate to try anything to get Lynxx to eat. Lynxx did like the taste of it. He didn't even fight us when we gave that to him. He didn't throw up from it either. The smell of food now makes him throw up. He liked the smell of it. It's smells like a vanilla milk shake. Like I said I don't know much about Catsure, I asked people about it in another post, but didn't get any replies yet. It was located right next to the KMR products in Petco.

Maybe the limping doesn't have anything to do with the tumors, is it possible she hurt her leg some how?

I've never tried a supplemental diet, so I can't advise you there, but I did want to send warm wishes to you and Bobber.

Bobber is 11 years. I'll check out what the pet food stores have to offer.
