Dylan is my human baby, he's eight weeks old today. At first I wasn't sure if Abbey knew what he was, but when she gets close to him she head butts his hand. So I'm sure she know he's a human, only a little one. Well, yesterday I was sitting with my knees pulled up and Dylan was leaning back against them and Abbey comes up and lays on my stomach. She head butts Dylan's hands, and her ear wind up in his hand and he closes his hand over it automatically. And he has a good grip. Poor cat. But she just patiently sat there until I freed her.

Cammy does NOT care for him though.

Awww... That is too cute...

Gosh, I can not believe Dylan is 8 weeks old already! Wow, it's been that long since we were telling you to run around the block to speed up your labor that Oh-my-God, would never come?

Awwww bless, most of my kitties have been ok with the kids when they were babies but you always get one kitty that gives them "the look" as if to say "what on earth are you?Shuuuuutuuup crying"

Aww, that's so sweet. I love "watching" babies grow up with cats.

There's one in another fourm, well, she's four now, but she and the family cats are inseparable.

I don't know if she knows he's human exactly, but she certainly knows he's a family member. (plus he would smell like you, too). She's amazingly patient. I hope she raises him well.

Awww, so precious! What a lucky boy to get to grow up with kitties... I think every child should be able to. It teaches them a lot about responsible pet ownership.
