Does anyone know who diagnoses learning disabilities in adults? The local college says it has to be diagnosed by a "qualified professional" but doesn't say who that is. I emailed them over a week ago and haven't gotten a reply. I really didn't want to have to call. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can do it for free or a low cost. Doctors charge over $100 for a visit without health insurance.
