Trapped in the catroom! ;o)
Well shes now 6 weeks old and hit a couple milestones.

First- She eats dry food on her own now so Im slowly going to wean her off wet food. A big woo hoo for me because when we were debating adding wet to all the cats diets we did a price check based on the cheapest good wet food we could get...BF was NOT happy when he saw the total for the week.....it tripled what we spent on food a month.

Two-She gave her first human injury last night playing with her daddy. I dont mean just a scratch..She bite BF because he insists on playing with his hands instead of the ten million toys or wands or laser lights laying around...So she attacked doing her cute little butt wiggle and actually drew a little blood from his finger...All was well though and now Bf learned his lesson....no more playing attack the hands especially with sharp little kitten teeth.

Three- The biggest one yet that I am NOT happy about...She learned how to climb the baby gate so for her safety, the gate will be up so she can come and go as she pleases. She knows where the cat room is, she goes back in every night when she is hungry or has to potty. I kitten proofed the house as much as I possibly can but she is rammy. That girl has NO FEAR and that scares me. She is willing to climb up anything whether it be legs, the couch, anything. Ugh what am I going to do its not like I can double up the gates in the catroom doorway because she knows how to climb the one so she can climb two and Id rather her be out and about than trying to jump down off a gate.

The good news is that there is nowhere for her to get stuck or lost under. The only space that is worrisome is the back of the closet that was open but we made a door type thing out of cardboard after Fatman learned how to open the closet door and got stuck and burst the main water pipe. Noone can get back behind that wall. But we keep the closet doors closed at all times anyways. Any and all cupboard doors stay shut at all times because its a pet peeve of mine for someone to forget to shut the doors....I had to baby proof the bottom ones because Hercules figured out how to open them up and got stuck once.

Ramsie does great with Franklin, he loves to play with her and she loves to chase him around and attack his feet and bite his ankles. I think she makes him feel better about himself because all the other cats are bigger than him and she is the only one for the time being who is smaller.

Oh my baby girl is growing up so big now. She just has a little growth spurt and lost her little pot belly look. Soon she wont be a little baby kitten anymore and she is gonna just keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger.....

Haha Im watching her and Bacon/Jules play and Ramsie just laid the smackdown on Bacon/Jules....haha they are so cute together..Hercules is supervising..it looks like he wants to join in and play

Oh the joys of kittenhood...
Dana always plays rough with the kitties and I never have ANY sympathy if they bite or scratch him.
