Vegan Recipes Needed

I am in need of a few Vegan recipes...

No dairy, no refined sugar, no preservatives.

Also no mushrooms or cabbage as there are allergies involved.

I would especially like a recipe for Cream of Broccoli Soup.

Any help will be appreciated.

well Im nothing near vegan (sorry, I like meat)

I make vegan cream of broccoli using silken tofu but I'm a pretty lazy cook so it mostly involves the microwave I use:

2 boxes mori-nu silken tofu
2 packages frozen broccoli
prepared vegetable broth from a carton

cook broccoli in microwave and puree in food processor with salt and any other spices you like with enough liquid to make it the consistency you like. Sometimes I add some extra vegetable pieces too.
