So far, we have TNR'd one adolescent female and two adult males. We have also trapped/neutered and kept as inside cats three kittens. All we have left to TNR is Mama Cat. Can I ask for some major trapping vibes before she gets pregnant again???

You've got them! Good luck trapping the mama cat.
I caught my last few difficult ones when they wandered in to my store or cathouse and then just shut the door, some cats get smart about traps but I would think a drop trap would work well. they are kinda expensive but you can build or borrow one. Or try to tame them to get as close as possible. I also made a net out of a pillow case, coat hanger and broom handle which works good for small cats. You can buy stuff, make it, or get them to come inside and just shut the door, maybe put a rope or string on the door handle.
