Count us in! We're going to see them next Sunday night!
At the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA. We've been fans for quite a while, but this will be our first concert. I've been told we're in for a huge treat!

I wanted to get tickets, but the dates just don't work for me.

That, and $200+ for a pair of tickets!

I DID check on Mannheim Steamroller. That date might work.

I wish we got to go! I love their music!
They are coming to Nashville so thats about 2 hours west of us so we probably could make it to the 3pm one, but tickets would be $150 for both of us which I guess would be doable but not sure!
Manheim who I also love will be in Knoxville, and tickets would be $100 for both of us, so we may do that! But who knows!

Jack and I are going again this year (he told me last week
)! Last year was my first time seeing them live and I loved it!
We're planning on making it a Chrsitmas tradition as long as they keep comming to our city!

-Winchester, you are definitely in for a huge treat!! Also, be sure to park and leave early so that you're in your seats in time for their opening act. We missed it last year because we spent an eternity looking for a parking spot! I'd never seen the opening act, but Jack had and he was sad we missed it.

I would love to see them. Their music is just so good.

My kids both play strings, and my oldest is doing several of their songs at her Holiday concert at school.

But the tickets are just too much money.

I Love TSO!!! I have been going with my family for 4 years now. I had tickets for them about 6 years ago at Madison Square Garden but had to give them up since I was only a few days post op from knee surgery and my friends were like YOU MISSED A GREAT CONCERT. My mom knew I was super sad at missing them that she come home from Kmart with all their holiday CD's for me.

That got her and my sister hooked. SO hooked in fact they got tickets a few years later to "try it out" and for I got to see them FINALLY and my whole family experienced it together. It was so weird going to a rock type concert with my dad. He just looked at me and was like... "you do this often don't you?" (I go to alot of concerts)

So it has become a holiday tradition (we always went to some form of musical performance as a family for The holidays most years growing up it was Chanticleer at the Metropolitan museum of art or The Holiday Brass concert with the Canadian Brass and the NY Philharmonic at Avery Fisher)

My sister is awesome she gets the tickets and gets them early so we get awesome seats. She said that this year we are close enough to get "snowed" on.

i'M seeing them in late Dec.

One of my close GFs is a big TSO fan....she just saw them a week or so ago and they just bowl her over every time. We have a few of their holiday CDs and, in fact, I just started listening to them this morning on my way to work.

We're really looking forward to the concert on Sunday. This will be our first time!

BTW, my GF said that we should keep our eyes open before the concert while we're mingling outside of the building. She said that the one guy (and I don't remember his name....sorry) likes to walk around outside, just to get a feel for the crowd. People don't know it's him. She has seen him a couple of times now.

tickets through TM are not that expensive. socal is usually the most expensive and the best seats this year are $75. thats with all the sur-charges tm adds on. they usually do a signing after each night time concert except for anaheim and new york.
that's why i never got to meet them. the 'bum' is the one that usually walks around before the show.
DH got tickets for Jason Bonham's Led Zep experience for nov 21st and they'

re meet&Greet. i saw the original led Zep in july of '77 and now i get to meet Jason Bonham...can't wait

Oh my lord, it was incredible! What a truly amazing show!

They did two shows yesterday; the first was completely sold out, so our tickets were for the second show. We got home a little after midnight.

Their Christmas show was the first half and the second half was devoted to their new CD Night Castle. DH has requested the CD for his Christmas stocking....from what we heard last night, it's outstanding.

We're already talking about trying to get tickets for their spring show next year!
