So, Portia has been contained mostly in the bathroom with two stacked baby gates up... I've let her out a couple times to explore... JoJo hisses and a little growling... last night, JoJo came closer to the gates... hissed when Portia appeared... but didn't bolt or anything... today, I went into the bathroom with my laptop and decided to do a little writing while keeping her company... I left the top gate off... she's getting more confidant. Right up and over... I took the gate down completely, in case I had to go break up a fight...
No fights... no hissing... JoJo is in her little corner under the desk... Portia has been most hanging out just outside the bathroom, with the occasional wander through the apartment. She looked out the 3rd story window for the first time today... something outside in the courtyard spooked her a bit and she ran back toward the bathroom... but she's doing well...
She keeps letting her tail fall into the water bowl... silly. She gives me nips when she's wanting more attention or has had enough. She even let me use the Furminator on her belly today!! She's a total sweetie!
