I found the product I bought from Pet Valu on the Net. Is the formulation good? I'm thinking of adding vitamins and Glucosamine (I have both, liquid and capsules I'm in my 40's and osteoarthritis runs in the family...I use the capsules as a preventative measure!) to Sasha's wet food, at his venerable age he needs the extra nutrients!

I had Sasha smell the jar and he didn't like the smell...
though mixed into the food it shouldn't be as noticeable?

At a glance:

B Vitamins and CoQ10 (2mg): Improves energy, mental health and stress management

Rich Supply of Antioxidants: Strengthens gums and improves heart, liver, lung & dental health

Powerful Digestive Enzymes: Enhances nutrient digestion & absorption

Bladder Wrack: Boosts metabolism & stamina by allowing cells to consume energy efficiently

L-Glutamine and MSM: Speeds up recovery from illness or injury and provides an anti-inflammatory for arthritis & joint inflammation

Ground Flaxseed: Promotes healthy skin & coat, reduces inflammation and increases cardiovascular health protection

INGREDIENTS: Ground flaxseed, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, organic apple powder, whole egg powder, whey protein powder, calcium carbonate, methylsulfonylmethane, magnesium oxide, molybdenum HVP chelate, manganese HVP chelate, L-taurine, rutin, l-glutamine, bromelain 2400 GDU/G, silicon dioxide, d-alpha tocopheryl succinate (vitamin E), potassium chloride, zinc HVP chelate, quercetin dihydrate, choline bitartate, inositol, DL methionine, protease 5000 HUT/G, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), selenium HVP chelate, thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), niacinamide (Vitamin B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), betaine hydrochloride, pancreatic lipase 8 USP/mg, Co-enzyme Q10, iron HVP chelate, calcium D-pantothenate, broccoli powder, bladderwrack powder, panax ginseng root extract, copper HVP chelate, atlantic kelp, vitamin A palmitate, chromium polynicotinate, vitamin D3, beta carotene, folic acid, cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), biotin, vanadyl sulfate.

DIRECTIONS: Mix half scoop (2.5 g) per 4.5 kg (10 lbs) of body weight into pet's raw, moist or dry food. If desired, add water and stir to make a gravy or paste. For best results, divide daily serving between two meals. For severe cases of aging or degeneration due to illness or premature wear and tear, use saturation serving for 21 days and return to daily serving.
