This must have been quite a shock for the poor driver! My first reaction was to laugh, but then I thought of how painful cat scratches are. Glad that NZ Rail are being caring about returning the cat safely.

Poor guy! I am glad that they wanted to get the cat back and not just have it put down for scratching the guy! I hope they find the cats owner!

Maybe the NZ cat wanted to go home and that was the other way.

Yaiks! Poor guy and cat, hope they've settled things so well, the cat probably become too defensive..
