Morning folks!

Another chilly one today but at least it will be sunny!

Off to work in a bit, and then tonight going for sushi with my pals from the other forum I frequent. I don't eat sushi but I will have something else

Maybe I can study a tad when I get home as well.

You all have a great day!

Morning all,

For some reason I am REALLY tired this morning. We went to bed at a decent time, but I did not want to get my butt out of bed when the alarm went off.

Working from home today as the CEO of Xerox will be in our building today and I people are going crazy. I want no part of it. They were basically telling us to put away ALL personal items from our desks, dress to impress, etc. Is she not human like the rest of us? Oh right, she got her million dollar raise while the rest of us have had wage freezes...

Ok, I'm off my soap box now.
Just plan on relaxing this evening. Reading, a bubble bath and some Survivor! Have a great day friends.

Morning!
It's not too bad here.

Clipped the kids claws this morning and Rosie seem to look on at Sophie and Jack smugly because she knows i won't go near her to do hers

Trapped in the catroom! ;o)
Today is continuation of Shampoo Day. Catroom and couch today and figuring out why my carpet all of a sudden got white spots on it. Its either the doofus who used the shampooer before me was a responsible appliance owner and didnt clean it out and was dumb enough to put bleach or something equally dumb in it (I take partial doofus status for only cleaning the solution bucket and dirt bucket out and not the actual scrubbers and water sucker upper part). So I either have to partially reshampoo the living room or do it with the hand shampooer....fun fun fun. But I atleast had a good book day yesterday...I got to read from front to back Happy Ever After and am not officially not allowed to get anymore books for the year..

Yall have a good day!

Morning and Happy Hump Day!

Well, the flowers that made it through the freeze on Monday night died last night. Even the gallardia by the front of the house was tinged with frost this morning. That's it for the gardens for another summer. We'll have to get outside this weekend to finish clipping.....DH can do that; our high is to be in the mid-30s on Saturday! I'm not going outside for anything....I don't like turning into a popsicle!

I'm up to 15 minutes twice a day on the elliptical and, so far, my knee is doing fine. Yay, knee!
My big problem with the elliptical is Mollipop who seems to be very intrigued by it. She'll come over very close and flop down to watch and I'm so afraid I'm going to hit her. DH keeps taking her out of the bedroom, but she keeps coming back. I hate to shut the bedroom door, because the other cats are all on the bed, snuggled under the electric blanket at night and if I shut the door, they'll get upset. It's a no-win situation. I just keep a very close eye on Miss Pop.

Dinner tonight will be spaghetti squash with a marinara sauce...we've decided to do meatless twice this week. I do love squash and DH likes it, too, so it will work. Vitamins, minerals, all kinds of good things in squash!

Enjoy!

Morning people..

Pam, when I hear that kind of Pennsylvania weather talk, I remember why I moved to California!! It's 78 degrees in the LBC, going up to 95 today!!
That said, it's not usually this hot in November, AND it was barely in the 70s all summer... but no frost here! (sorry, I have to rub it in every once in a while, forgive me!
)

Well, about half of the people and ballot measures I voted for yesterday won/passed. That's nice I guess. At least the advertising madness is over now.

Major studying to do today, and class tonight.
That's really all that's planned.

Have a good day everyone!
