I am actually not new, but apparantly its been almost 2 years since I last posted!

My name is Melanie, I have quite the little Zoo! I foster cats for a rescue, and also rescue cats myself and foster them!

Let me start introducing my kitties, ill get pics up when I get to my computer:

Marilyn-12 y/o feral Longhaired siamese mix. Had her since she was a teenage cat, she was ran over and we took her to the vet and paid for her many surgeries! She is completely feral.

Katie-10 y/o black/white DSH polydactyl. We adopted her from a rescue holding an adoption event at PetSmart (got her as a kitten).

Morris-9 y/o orange tabby/white DSH. He and his littermate were my first bottle babies!

Lola-8 y/o. She was born to a stray in our garage, in a lawn mower of all places!

Pebbles-7 y/o silver tabby DSH. She came from a coworker of my moms who lived on a very busy street and didnt spay her. She was pregnant and we feared she would get hit by a car so took her home!

Paris-7 y/o siamese cross DSH. We got her around the same time we got Pebbles, she was also pregnant. They had babies a week apart, Paris had 6 Pebbles 5! We only kept one kitten!

Melvin-6 y/o mackeral tabby DSH. He is Paris' son!

Annabelle-2 y/o orange/red mainecoon. Foster for a rescue, we kept her.

Monkey-2 y/o mackeral tabby DSH. We took Monkeys mother in one night when my car was towed, and this very round young cat came over my begging for my attention, so I asked around and turned out they were gonna take her to the SPCA (which is overrun with cats and kittens all year round and she would have been PTS). She had 6 kittens, all slowly started dying on me, healthy one day and dead the next. Never figured out the cause, but Monkey is the sole survivor!

Wolfy-2 y/o dilute calico DLH. Was a Foster for a rescue, she was pulled from "death row" of a local high kill shelter.

Kevin-1 y/o black DSH. A friend of mine got him, and asked me to pet sit for a couple days and never took him back! And I dont talk to her anymore.

Ramone-5 m/o orange van DSH. He was found outside of a dog grooming salon, tiny and emaciated!! Hes so small, and almost full grown.

And my neighbors next door rescue cats as well! They have 15 kitties!

I dont just have cats though, I also have....

Cartman-9.4 y/o standard dapple red dachshund
Bob-5.2 y/o miniature red dachshund

Welcome back! Can I move in with you?!?
That is quite the housefull of babies you have there, love it.
I also foster for the local shelter and help with a TNR organization here as well. I look forward to getting to know you and your babies better!
