Hi there everyone

In the last ten years or so I have become a big cat lover. Used to be more the dog lover, but now enjoy both dogs and cats.

We recently adopted a kitten from a rescue back in May and I wanted to join a website that is just about cats. I have belonged to another forum since 2003 which has forums for all types of animals, but thought I'd also like to belong to one that is more on cats.

We had our beloved cat, April, for almost 19 years and were lost without a kitty around the house when April crossed over the Rainbow Bridge the end of last year. April will always be in our hearts and we have wonderful memories of her.

We also have a golden retriever named Amber and 3 parrots.
