We have an enclosed sunroom accessed through a cat door. Hannah went out to the sunroom, and then I heard what sounded like the metal watering can being knocked over. Hannah then came in the house with her "prize"....a small gecko or lizard. All I saw was the tail hanging out of her mouth. I called DH in to take care of it, but she'd already eaten it by the time he got here. He called her his hero. I told him he was responsible for cleaning it up if she hacked it up or pooped it out.

GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just remember wild lizards carry some really nasty parasites in some areas, like liver flukes. (lizards, frogs, and toads are the intermediate host for them, cats are the next step in the cycle) Much worse than cats picking up rounds from their prey since they do cause death.
