Little brat!

As I'm trying to up Sasha's wet food intake, I make sure I feed both cats the wet food. Earlier today I served Tiggy the Chicken Stew formula and Sasha the Salmon Bisque formula. I went to take a shower...

And I catch Tiggy eating Sasha's food, cleaned out Sasha's plate! I look at Tiggy's plate and he ate all the gravy and left most of the pieces of chicken in his plate!

So I served Sasha another portion (of Salmon Bisque) and held Tiggy in my arms to allow Sasha to eat undisturbed. Sasha ate most of his portion (I gave Tiggy his left-overs). As of today I'm putting the kibble away while I'm at work - I don't want to risk Sasha sampling Tiggy's dry food while he's being treated for IC.

So here's my idea...I'll try putting some of that Performatrin Ultra chicken stew through my Magic Bullet to give it a smoother texture and see if Tiggy still prefers the Salmon bisque... if the meat chunks aren't as big he might like it better?

Couldn't hurt to try. None of our cats like big pieces of meat. They actually prefer it all mushed up with water. Any big chunks get spit out...even when I put chicken in their food, its gotta be like a mush.

Yup, that did the trick! If it has a baby food consistency They'll both eat it!
