Only thing I have ever found useful is the breakaway collars as years ago we didnt have local petsmart or anything and the grocery store carried them. I dont use collars anymore so don't buy ANYTHING from them anymore. Have heard to many bad things.

How is it the FDA's fault? EPA covers pesticides, not the FDA. And the EPA doesn't have the backing it needs to in many cases to do anything (funding/corruption, etc).
