This is mostly just a worried vent...
Piccalo and Pounce have both been very healthy since the move to Japan 3+ weeks ago!
We took them to the vet here and they got a clean bill of health, much to our happiness. They have even lost a tiny bit of the weight gained while living with my mom!

Then Piccalo started acting funny. Nothing serious, but I suspected a UTI coming on and kept a VERY close eye on her.
Saturday she was yowling at the litter box, so that meant to the vet with her on Sunday!! But the litter we are using has blood detection crystals, and it was showing clear.
Then DH mentioned that Piccalo hadn't had a BM in 3 days!!!!
Immediately, pictures of megacolon formed in my head.

Not to worry, the vet said she was only mildy constipated!
I gave her the prescribed laxative... and 12 hours later... NOTHING! So, I added the prescribed stool softener (I was supposed to give both at once, but there was a danger of diarrhea if I did, so I was playing it safe!). STILL nothing!!

Went to work today, and when I came home, the litterbox was a disaster of diarrhea! Quite disgusting, but I was happy! At least it was all where it was supposed to be - in the box! Got that fully cleaned up and new litter is in place.
Piccalo is still acting uncomfortable... but I think the best course of action is to just let her be for tonight and if she doesn't have another BM by tomorrow morning, give her another stool softener.
Advice?

What are you feeding her? If possible, all wet would be good for her. How is her water intake? Any possibility of getting a water fountain for her?

She is on Royal Canin Feline Urinary S/O Light. She eats about a quarter can wet food/day. She drinks CONSTANTLY (one reason that I was worried about a possible UTI), and we have a porcelain fountain that she loves.
