Morning peeps!

Well, it's voting day today for municipal elections. Not sure if I'll make it to the polls. I don't really have strong views either way anyway

Plus, they all lie right?

Off to work in a bit. It is supposed to be rainy all day today.

I think we are going to aerobics class tonight, and I need to get started on some hardcore studying. Only just over a month to go!

I guess its gonna be a rainy day today....Poor BF working outside in the rain. A whole lotta nothing going on today just floor cleaning today and the last little bit of the laundry that doesnt really need done but what the heck right?!? I know at some point today Ill be popping in P.S. I Love You because I have been dying to watch that movie for a while now and finally got another copy of it since my last copy got stolen.

Morning!

Got back yesterday from our annual jaunt to Connecticut to spend time with my GF. We think this was the 10th year now that we've been to CT to pick apples, although this year we didn't go through the orchard to pick because of my knee. We bought about 60 pounds of Mutsu apples to make applesauce, dumplings and a few pies. We had such a great time! That weekend goes by so fast for us. That was my vacation this year.

We stopped at Penzey's on the way up so that I could buy my spices and herbs. Then on Saturday she and I dropped DH off at Mohican Sun to gamble for awhile while we headed over to the Book Barn where we spent about three hours perusing all the used books. We just love going to the Book Barn.

Now...back in office this morning. It looks like the sun is trying to break through, but I think it's going to rain eventually. Not real cold or anything.

We are having clouds and VERY mild temperatures here--supposed to go up to 68F in the rain so I will be dragging an umbrella everywhere I be going

Good morning

64ºF this morning, felt great! Supposed to get up to 81ºF today with chance of thunderstorms. Should be going to my friend's house for our aerial workout today

That should make the day a bit better.

Woke up late, even though the alarms went off straight from 6am-7am, we didn't get up

Got stuck in horrendous traffic on the way to work, ughhh. That made me quite irritated! About 1 hr 40 minutes to go 25mi.

On the up-side, my boss is out today and tomorrow, and I saw a table at work this morning that said "Charleston Animal Society" which is the shelter I volunteer at, now waiting to see if they are coming today or not. They should be here once this week for the United Way campaign going on. Last year they came and brought 3 kittens and 2 dogs. I think all of them were adopted by coworkers. My boss saw me playing with the kittens and was like "how did I know I'd find you here

" That would certainly brighten my Monday if they came!

Morning all!

I'm STILL not feeling 100%. I can't believe how badly this cold is hanging on. I'm wondering if I should make an appointment with my doctor as I fear I may have a lung infection of sorts.

We had a great weekend! We really enjoyed Hereafter Friday night, great movie. We bought bikes and did some bike riding saturday and then I got the new tattoo yesterday. Tonight we'll watch the newest Dexter episode and just do some relaxing.

It's a beautiful sunny day here today and going into the lower 70's, now that is sick at this time of year, still waiting for the Fall weather to kick in and stay.

For those of you who posted in my Now and Then thread yesterday listing pics of Mick Jagger, Steven Tyler and others how they looked then and now and yes both were ugly when they were young and now of course look even uglier

as some of you posted. The thread was taken down because it was a copyright and not allowed here. I didn't know that so sad to say some of you could not see it. I would have liked to hear more of your opinions.

It is not raining here today. It poured here yesterday and has been raining for the past few days. This is all good as we need all the rain we can get in CA. And it is an early start to the rainy season which bodes well for the water supply.

Supposed to go to the doctor today for my fractured hand and he cancelled until Thurs. Not happy.

Morning.. It's sunny out!

It was supposed to be done raining by Thursday I thought, but it still rained on Thursday, and Friday night, and Saturday morning, and then again last night! I think it is really done now though. I don't mind the rain though since we don't get much and really need it like Butzie said.

So, not much happening today, some homework to do, and school tonight.

Good afternoon. We're having nice cool weather here today and a little rain. Got up superearly to go to a Dentist appointment. Other than that, haven't done much today except morning chores and vacuming and going to the dentist. Spent the rest of the morning reading. Probably I'll take a nap after I get off here.
