As of last night I have a new foster kitty, Bridge (he was rescued in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Bridgetown). He's a big fellow, who's FIV+, and very, very sweet. Sitting down is an invitation for him to be on your lap.
From what I know he was part of TNR program at some point, then ended up living under the front porch of house. He was being beaten up by other neighborhood cats and scrounging for food. He has an injury to his right front leg that appears to be a bite combined with something that has caused an incomplete dislocation of his "wrist." The rescue's vet was initially considering amputation, but the leg has healed pretty well, just a little crooked. Bridge walks with a limp, but isn't in any pain and manages to get around and jump just fine.Originally Posted by LoveWhiskers
