Fall around TCS

I thought it would be interesting for everyone to post pictures of your fall scenery! I love fall from the photography stand point. But honestly hate it for most other reasons! LOL! But anyways feel free to share yours!

Beautiful! All the trees here are still green or dying. They barely change color - one minute their green, next minute they're dead and leafless I did see some nice trees along the interstate one weekend, they looked recently planted, and I said they must have been TRANSplanted here because they were colorful.

Makes me miss NJ autumns and the gorgeous changing colors.

Beautiful photos!! I tried to take some with my phone this morning of outside but they just didn't come out right for some reason, usually the phone camera is so clear, but not today.

In any case, 'fall' is here in SoCal, it's been raining off and on pretty much all week which is rare for October, but it's been cool and damp. We started our first fire in the fireplace this morning even! And my pics were supposed to be of the orange and tangerine trees with the fruit starting to turn yellow-orange. They'll be ready around January I think.

Well we really don't have fall here. The native trees are evergreens. Homesick persons planted deciduous trees but they usually turn in December.

Last year I was back in The Catskills taking care of Mom & it was so beautiful! I miss it.

Man these pictures make me wish I lived where there are 4 seasons We're still in the upper 80's and 90's so no real fall colors here.

I just love fall! This year actually was pretty which surprised me considering how dry it was this summer. When I lived in the tropics I missed fall SO MUCH! Winter, not so much.

I'll try to get pics of our woods tomorrow if I can find the stupid download thingy for my camera.
