Sigh...since introducing Tiggy in the household Sasha's been sulky and finicky (though I must say they seem to be getting along better 5 days later). He'll only eat the gravy part of the canned food and very little meat and has barely touched his dry food (Royal Canin Mature) in the past 2-3 days.
Is there something better for him? While we're at it, would there be something better for my 6 month-old Tiggy? He's ignoring his wet kitten food, eats his 1/2 cup of dry a day (Hill's Science Diet) and seems to prefer Sasha's Performatrin Ultra (Chicken Stew) wet; but like him, seems to prefer the gravy part and leaves most of the meat chunks on his plate...and I know he loves wet food; you should hear him meow and beg every time I open the fridge door!
I really hate wasting food, without wanting to sound cheap, the canned stuff is expensive; before I spend more money on premium food I'd like to know what is a better make/brand that I won't end up throwing half of it in the trash!
I'm open for suggestions, wet and dry. Thx in advance...
