Morning peeps!

Well, it's Friday, and payday today and I get to go out for lunch at work for gyros...mmmmmmmmm, there is a new greek place nearby and it is delish!

Off to work in a bit, and then tonight we have a hockey game.

Tomorrow we are getting our car detailed, and then going for a little walk.

Lovely and sunny here again. Not doing much this weekend apart from meeting sister for coffee and catching up on my t.v. recordings

A little sad and blue today. Ill be sitting around trying to find last nights episode of RHOBH and reading Bravos blogs. Other than that I think Im going to wallow in some boo hoos and drown the sadness in another bag of Milano cookies. Those milk chocolate ones do wonders for sadness.

Its payday today so paying off as many bills as possible so next Friday BF can do some shopping for his birthday, I think Im going to take him up to Harbor Freight to get some more tools he is missing for work. Im still saving the receipts though to take with us for taxes.

Lovely and sunny here today, a bit cold though in the wind. Not much on today, just relaxing while my kids are at school, all my chores are done

so a bit of me time and a cuppa. ot a busy evening and day tomorrow, we have organised a suprise party for my mum in law and to be honest its driving me nuts, theres still so much to do.x

I'm not doing too well myself today... Long story, maybe I'll post about it in a bit, but lots of family drama. Anyway, Dana is taking me out to the movies later. We're going to see Hereafter, but will go to the late show so we can workout and stuff after work.

So jealous. I love Greek food, especially gyros. We have a greek place here but its not that good.

It's a cool, crisp day here in New York! Time to break out the scarf because the peacoat just isn't warm enough anymore...

and I realized this morning that I'm going to have to start leaving earlier in the morning because it's that time of year when you need to start warming up the car...

So happy it's friday because my boyfriend comes home from Virginia today!! YAY!

Trying to decide if I want to try to go to yoga today with my left hand fractured metacarpsal. Going to watch the Yankees tonight. May go out to a local restaurant for their oyster happy hour. Current beau may join me. Sorry for short sentences. Hard to type with one hand bandaged.

Morning (for about 10 minutes still!)...

Not much going on today, catching up on some homework and housework, fun times! In better news, BF gets back from his trip to NJ/PA today! I hope he's ok with the painting I did in the bathroom, I think it looks done. And I want it to be done so we can clean it up and put it back together and I can shower in there again!

So... yes, not much planned for today. I might pick up a few bottles of IPAs to share tonight, other than that I plan to stay home, and take Genever out in the yard for a little bit this afternoon, she hasn't been out all week because of the rain, and she is WHINGING like nobody's business! Yesterday I promised her we'd go out today. So we will. Even if it rains again. A promise is a promise.

Sorry some of you aren't having the best day today (or best days..) I hope it gets better SOON!

Good evening

Had to take Neko to his comprehensive exam this morning, that didn't go over well

Rob has a deep scratch on both arms and both legs ... he was NOT thrilled with Neko. I did have the vet cut his "gangster claws" (as the vet put it) down, so hopefully he'll be less razor sharp for a bit. He explored the car on the way home and I bought him a cat nip straw feather toy to keep him entertained. Of course, he's pouting at me right now and ignoring it

Waiting on hubby to come home to start dinner - pasta with marinara and ground beef, with a side of garlic bread

So happy it's Friday - I cannot wait to officially sleep in (I say officially, cuz twice this week I slept in about an hour longer than I'm supposed to!) and not worry about work. Going to a friend's cookout tomorrow (and she got a new foster kitten today!

), then maybe the dragstrip on Sunday to race if I'm feeling it.
