Okay I got adventurous this afternoon and made cookies from scratch and invented my own little recipe! Anyways its loosely based off of a basic sugar cookie recipe. But I thought you guys would enjoy it! I also posted my chicken enchilada recipe tonight!

PM me for the link

Those look good!!

I make some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from scratch that are a big hit here. I use a recipe, but I add a couple secret ingredients, and they turn out SOOO good!! You're making me crave cookies now! lol

Mmmmm.....

I'll tell you what I think.

I think you should stop torturing us with PICTURES and somehow send us the real thing!!!

Seriously, maple cookies sound sooooo good.

I made some lemon-frosted lemon sponge cake cookies today, they came out pretty good. I think I want maple now though!!

haha! I will totally make you some!

On another note: I am trying to come up with something good to bake for halloween for a race we are having. We race on the 31st and I got my new business cards for my racing photography website where people can purchase prints. And I am working registration. So I was thinking of making treat bags for everyone and giving them with a card attached when they register. But I cant decide what to make! Part of me says cake balls because its easy to make a bunch of those and they are pretty cheap, and then the other part of me says cookies! Any suggestions?

What are cake balls?

For halloween treats, I'd probably go with cutout sugar cookies, with some orange sugar or sprinkles sprinkled on them..

the Long Beach Marathon is this Sunday, why don't you come out here and take pics for that? And bring some cookies too...

I want maple cookies!!!

Cake balls sound yummier than cookies. Of course, I love cake more than cookies so I'm biased. Don't make anything too obscure though or you will spend more time answering questions about the goodies than your photography!

I don't know what it is but every time I try to look at your site my browser comes to a screeching halt and I end up bailing.

So just box up the cookies and I'll PM you my address.

I saw someone making cake balls/pops on You tube. She also did some really neat cupcakes. Too much work for me but amazing to watch.

The chicken enchiladas look delicious; I've got to try that one.

OMG! I read back to the strawberry chocolate cake. All your recipes look wonderful. I won a KitchenAid hand mixer on ClubBing. I'm just waiting for it to arrive so I can start some serious baking....

Cake balls do sound like they will be the best. And I always get rave reviews on those!

Hmm no clue why it would be causing it to crash! What browser are you using? I have tested it in Firefox and Chrome but I dont have Internet Explorer anymore!
Yeah, if I make them for this event it will be basic ones with nothing too fancy besides maybe being orange on the inside!

Thank you! The enchiladas turn out amazing! And they are so little work! I stole the recipe from my mom actually! LOL!

Thank you! The cake was okay, not many people like fresh fruit in their chocolate so its a bit riskier to make!
You will love your kitchenaid! Although I am getting so spoiled with mine! Its so nice to start something mixing and then walk away and start cleaning up instead of standing there switching hands for 3 minutes! LOL!

I am using Firefox and since the last update it has been driving me crazy. It got so bad that I did an uninstall the downloaded it again. But that did not help.

The basic problem is things taking ages to load. At first I was blaming the cable company but lately it has been having problems with script errors.

If I have nothing else going and I am patient it will work. But I am not a very patient person. I've been spoiled for so long with things working fast and not failing when it happens I have to walk away.

thats really odd! I started using chrome and adore it! Its faster than firefox, and sleeker to look at. It has all the addons and stuff and themes without as much extra stuff!
