We went to a 2-day cat show over the weekend, and Harley earned enough points for QGM (Quadruple Grand Master)!
Here is the show report if anyone is interested:

I'm very proud of Harley although she did not do as well as I'd hoped (or as well as in past shows...) This was her 3rd TICA show, and she's also been in two non-affiliated HHP shows. She was less playful this time and I was really surprised that she actually hissed in two rings, which she's never done before and never does at home or when out other places. However several people commented that a lot of the cats in the show were "off"/misbehaving this weekend for some reason. I don't know why, the only thing different I could see is that the speakers seemed a little louder than usual.
The last two TICA shows we entered were one last May (10-ring one day show) and the other last Oct (same as this show but last year) and the two other shows were in March this and last year. At the other two TICA shows (one was 2-day, the other 1-day show) she finaled in 8 out of 10 rings both times with 2 'best cats' at each show... At the show this weekend she only finaled in 3 rings, and was first in her division twice. I didn't think her behavior was THAT bad, she did pretty well in most of the rings except when she hissed (one of those times she hissed, the cat in the cage next to her had been sticking his feet into her cage right before the judge took her out.) She did play a little bit (mostly in the judging cages rather than on the table) but not as much as she has in the past. However another exhibitor commented that this was a big show so it's harder to final-- there were 30 HHPs in the show (although many of the other HHPs got a lot more finals than Harley.) I did notice that a lot of the HHPs in the catalog were already SGM and quite a few were Regional or International winners so they probably have been to a lot more shows and are used to it, and/or usually do well in shows so the competition may have been tougher this time.
On Saturday I took Harley's brother Blaze too and he was in her division, and he got one final (2nd SP) but he was acting shy. He was only entered for Saturday. On the plus side, Harley did get one Best Cat on Saturday in an Allbreed ring, and the one final she got on Sunday was 2nd Allbreed. The other ring she finaled in on Saturday was SP, it was the same ring Blaze got 2nd in, Harley placed 6th (it was a top 7 final.)
I was a bit disappointed as I had been kinda hoping for more points like she got in the previous shows... To get Supreme they need 2000 more points after QGM and Harley was about 650 points shy of QGM before this weekend. If she had scored similarly to how she did in her previous shows she would have been well on her way and may have only needed one more show to get Supreme... Unfortunately she didn't do as well this time so we will probably need to go to at the very least two more shows before she has enough points. This wouldn't be a big deal except that I can only get to shows that are within about an hour's drive, and there are not a lot of TICA shows nearby-- so far only the Fall and the Spring show held by one club. I wish I knew someone else who showed cats and traveled so I could get to some further shows!
I didn't really get any photos at the show this time, but here is Harley in the car after the show.
