Best Buddy Kitties!

My Spooky and Mulder are very bonded to each other. I always joke that Spooky is my cat, and Mulder is Spooky's cat. But seriously, these two are always together. I have never seen two cats adore each other the way these guys do. I hope someday Jinkers can share in this special bond, and they will all be best friends.

I was going through my pictures today and found several of them together. I may have posted some of them before but I thought this would be a cute thread anyway. You can post pics of your best buddy kitties too!

It started when Mulder was very young. I told Spooky Mulder was his kitten, and Spooky whacked him on the head with his paw. Then they curled up together and it was all over. Mulder was only 7 weeks old at the time but Spooky taught him all the right manners.

Awwwww! That's soooo sweet. I love the idea of a cat having a cat. And, my boys are littermates (brothers) and quite bonded. They often snuggle together and groom each other (which, of course, leads to hissing and swatting, but nothing too serious). It always makes me smile to see them snoozing together.

Thanks everybody for your comments! They hate to be separated for anything! When Mulder was neutered I took Spooky to stay with my Dad so Mulder didn't overdo himself with playing, and they were both distraught! They used to ride in the same carrier when traveling but now they are too big. So instead they play "Marco - Polo" by meowing back and forth to each other in the carriers (which must be placed side by side or they really throw a fit). At the vet if you take one of them out of the carrier and leave the other one in his, the one who is out will go lay next to or on top of the others carrier until you let them out.

So far Jinkers has not gotten in on this. He will play or cuddle with Spooky or Mulder alone but when they are together he stays away, I guess he feels like a 3rd wheel. But he has only been here 6 weeks so maybe it will just take time for him to fit right in!
