I tried this of course after seeing this thread...Nicholas gave me a serious
look before swatting at me. He's not a butt raiser though, I'll try with the other cat but I'm afraid of getting seriously injured. If I never post again, it means the other cat didn't take too kindly to it either

I ahve tried it with them all...apart from Harvey in which case I would never post again. None of them seemed to be keen, Candy sort of looked at me gone out

But that doesn't explain anyone posting in this thread, especially that they're male cats that like it.

Most of my neighbor's wirehairs love it. I was slapping her cats this afternoon, in fact. Her Birmans, OTOH, are not fans of the slapping. They just like a nice warm lap.

Xander likes a little spank now and then but not nearly as hard as it looked in those videos


Riley would shred my hands if I tried it with him.

Pounce likes it when DH does that (albeit much more gently!), but she gives me dirty looks if I try!
She is a neutered female, so she definitely isn't in heat. She likes rough handling all around, though, to the point that I sometimes stop because I worry that I will hurt her even if she does seem to adore it!!
But then she gets all pouty.

Piccalo was abused as a kitten, so there is only very gentle love with her!

Most of mine looooove being patted just above their tails... Cody would have me do it all day if he could LOL!

That first video is creepy, too rough too.

Yeah, I was surprised to see the guy with the paddles! Squee likes it if I "pat" her lower back, I guess like in the second video, but I never thought of it as spanking. And I don't use paddles or whatever!
