Yes I no that Droopy and Snoopy are not Alaskan Huskies they are chows I thought that this would get you all going as the people who did my site did not no what an Chow Chow look like and call Droopy and Snoopy Huskies now let take a bit about chows The Chow Chow's disposition is quite different from other breeds. They are catlike in their attitudes: aloof, reserved with affection, independent, dignified and stubborn. Although their soft fur is ripe for hugging, they don not always enjoy being fussed over by children or strangers. The Chow is very intelligent but like a cat, not as highly motivated to please their masters as most other breeds. They seem to please themselves first. The Chow Chow is an awesome creature with his lion-like appearance and regal manner. Looking a little like a cross between a lion and a bear, the true origin of the Chow is unknown and lost deep within Chinese I hope that you all understand I needed to no how many people notice thanks to all you that did.

They are cuties! Do you have cats too? I temporarily took in a chow about 7 years ago. I owned 3 samoyeds at the time. The Chow was not a bit tempermental and agressive! But beautiful! Welcome to the site.

Chow's are awesome! They are also known for their black tongue's. By the way, I have a cat named Snoopy, a/k/a Mr. Snoopis T. Gundy.

By the way, I read on a website somewhere, that Pomeranians are distantly related to Chows. I know it seems far fetched, but that's what it said. I have a little Pom, and to me, if he were large, he'd probably look an awful lot like a Chow.
