She is playing like a little kitten!

I'm hearing a jingling and the sounds of a cat in full on play, and I turn around, and there she is, Miss Squeaky, playing her heart out with a little black toy mousie!

She's tossing it up in the air and pouncing on it, doing leaps and twists and turns, stuffing it under things and then "hunting" it out again - she's having a blast!

It makes me so happy to see her having so much fun - it was only a couple of weeks ago that she was living outside, abandoned, too thin, and risking her pretty face fighting my front porch dwelling, fierce siamese mix, Sissycat for her food.

This beautiful girl will NEVER be forced to scavenge again!

Aww, that's great to hear! It sounds like Squeaky is finally feeling safe and secure enough to express her inner kitten. Now... your next mission is to get some pics or a video!!

I COMPLETELY understand how you feel! Lately Pria has been doing the same thing, FINALLY acting like a kitten, running around, playing and interacting with the other kitties and it warms my heart everytime I see it.
