A very dear friend made a beautiful crystal and sterling Salvation bracelet for me, not long before she died. (from primary peritoneal cancer...which is nearly indistinguishable from ovarian cancer.) I wear it all the time (it keeps me grounded), and I get many compliments on it. I would like to make a couple of them for family members and a friend who are all going through difficult times. I've found a reasonable source for the Swarovski crystals, but having a much more difficult time finding the right .925 Bali beads and findings.
Here's the one she made for me (not a good pic, just scanned it):

Anyone know of any links to the ornate .925 silver round or tubular beads (Bali beads)?

I found the fire Mountain Gems - quite impressive (love their prices on Swarovski crystals.) My local store closed (The Bead Weasel) and now I don't even know where to start looking. Joanne's, Michaels...yuck.

Fire mountain is one of the best. I think you can request a catalog if you don't want to order online. Some craft stores will have some useable findings, though you have to be picky due to the fact that they tend to stock lower end stuff so that they can sell it. I have some silver bali's somewhere that I got at Hobby Lobby when they still stocked the ones I have (several years ago), I think they're smaller though. Hobby Lobby and Micheals are Ok for getting small amounts Swarovski crystals. It looks like you'll also need some tube crimps and some nice beading wire.

Do you do any other bead work?
