They are such monsters! They somehow managed to open my pantry door, climb in, and wreak havoc! They knocked a bunch of boxes and cans over, and caused general disarray. One of them even managed to open my mashed potato mix, pull the bag out of the box, rip it open, and spill it EVERYWHERE. Ugh. Now when I get home from dog class I have to clean the pantry. I never knew I had to kitty proof the cabinets!

Silly kitties are lucky I love them...

Oh my gosh! Your post made me laugh--sorry! My girl, Lil, knows how to open bi-fold doors, and does, regularly, all over the apartment. She's been in our pantry, too. Loves to open the doors to the laundry room and climb up onto the washer to get into the laundry bins. I wouldn't mind, except in doing so, she turns on the power on and forgets to turn it off.

Whenever I open the lower cupboards Aya usually makes a mad attempt to dive right in there. Good luck with the clean up.

My newest girl, Squeaky, decided today that it would be much more fun to scratch a hole in the new bag of cat food sitting in the livingroom than it would be to walk over 8 feet and eat some out of the bowl.

Cats. Gotta love 'em!

Sounds like something my boys Shatner and Titus would do. Titus is a huge cat so he just looks at something and it falls off whatever it was on and Shatner gets into everything.

My cats just try and get in the cupboards when I open them, the only things they do is well I am sure they have mad parties at night when we are asleep because I go up to bed and the house looks clean and when I come down in the morning its ditched???xx

Awww...they aren't bad. Just being kittens.

Jennie likes me to unknowingly shut her in the big closet where I store the bags of kibble (Mazy's c/d and the other cats' snacks) When that happens she sits in the pitch black dark, and chews holes in bags and has a feast as quickly as she can, until I discover she's missing, usually about five minutes.

The RugCats do that kind of thing all the time! We learned a long time ago that everything in the house must be cat-proofed.

Your post made me chuckle. It's wonderful having cats, even though they can be bad cats sometimes.

LOL...Thankfully my cats cant get into the pantry but they can get the one door open thats under the sink. I cant tell you how many times Ive gone thru the house doing an animal count and come up short a Hercules because hes all the way uunder the cabinet sleeping away....Silly kitty...I have to do an animal count after leaving the spare room too because Franklin likes to herd GiGi and Hercules in there and then I end up locking all three in the room...One time I opened the door to jungle butt meows and rapid help they are gonna eat me barking LOL..Silly animals!

Haha, I am glad I made everyone laugh! It is funny..other than the necessary cleanup! They do cause quite a lot of mayhem. They knock down everything. I can't even leave their little kitty stand standing up. It is a cylinder with three holes along the front, but they will jump up onto the top chasing each other, and knock it down. They all ready destroyed a VERY expensive video card knocking it into my fiance's computer (eek! They are lucky he loves me...)

They also love to terrorize the dog. Lennon likes to stalk her, and then jump on her... and then he spends a good 30 seconds swatting at her face while she tries to bite him... so silly!

Ringo even spent the entire time I was working with Quinn on her down/stays biting and swatting her tail. Let's just say Quinn REALLY had to practice using patience, haha
