Well, I know I havn't been here in a Long while, I have been so busy Lol!

Well, we got a new kitty
He is 5mo old, all grey.. We think he might be a Russian Blue.. as his personality matches everything we read on them.. But, I am not too Sure.. he is a rescue
What you guys think??

He is Still nameless, so trying to think of a name. I have 2 other grey animals, and they have names of Gemstones.. Topaz, and Jade. Lol So I Would like to stick with that..
But everything is Feminine that i like!

He has a interesting personality, which I will be writing about in the behavior forum

But, here he is!

From what I understand of the breed, purebred Russian Blues always have green eyes. He's most likely just a fine handsome blue moggie
. How about Jasper for a name? It's a good masculine gem name. Or Beryl.

Well, Jasper is one I Like, But Sadly.. isn't one i Can use. My good friend had her Heart dog named Jasper. And she passed away due to Brain Tumors. I am not sure if I have the heart to name My kitty the same name. :-/

Some on another forum Said Onyx. I Like that, But not too Sure yet.

OOooooooh! He's goooooorgeous. I like Lothario because of his 'I love the ladies' stare, but that's not a gem. How about Hematite or Obsidian? They are more associated with black, but they can also be associated with gray gems.

OK. I had to peek at the new vids and pics. He's just too too cute. I am biased toward Obsidian (I suggested it, duh), in part because I love black cats.

Aww, what a gorgeous blue boy!
He looks like a real play machine! Looking forward to more pics, and I hope your resident kitties accept him quickly!

How about Druzy? Rhymes with doozy - since he is!!! It's a kind of very cool quartz. or Chalcedony - pronounced Cal-sed-nee? Also a kind of quartz. He could be Drooz or Cal!

Or Turquoise and be Turk for short!

Or Argent- which is French for silver! ( not a gem, but precious nonetheless!)

What a cutie!! He looks like my Kenzie but without the stubby tail.

As for names, how about maybe Sterling as in sterling silver? Or maybe Stone?

He is such a beauty!
I was going to suggest "Lazuli" as a name (like the semi-precious stone Lapis Lazuli)... I always loved that stone, and The name kinda of came into mind... Anyways... He is stunning!

I like Chalcedony, or how about Chal-cee (Chalcy) for short?

He is beautiful. I always wanted a gray cat. We always seem to wind up with obstinant calicoes here.
