Even as the Nuremberg trials were coming to a close, with charges including human medical experiments, the US was beginning a two year episode of unethical human medical experiments on unsuspecting, confined or mentally ill subjects.

But of course, the US would never do the things the Nazis did. There's just no comparison

It's disgusting, but I can't really say surprising in light of Tuskegee.
