Nicolette and I made a pact

Today I started working out at Contours (kinda' like Curves) with my friend Nicole...we have an agreement that we must work out TOGETHER Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. No excuses except for death or broken bones!! ROTFL!!

Does anyone else have a work out buddy to keep you motivated? If not, what keeps you motivated to go work out??

And what a work out we had this afternoon, eh Kim?

Been a while since I sweated that much..... Well, not that long actually. Was just this past Saturday I was that sweaty and knee deep in cats!!!

That's the best way to do it! You can keep each other motivated.

I've recently just joined a gym in Singapore and normally, I wouldn't do such a thing on my own. I have a friend with me and she's joining too and we wanna go work out together to keep ourselves trim and healthy. I guess some companions are essential to keeping up with a routine workout. It keeps you going..

...yeah and the staff at the shelter probably thought we needed to shave our legs with all that cat hair stuck to our calves, ROTFL!!

Actually, I *DID* need to shave my legs!! No wonder all that cat hair was on them......... they were grooming themselves on my calves!!!

Yes, Kim, that's about what my legs look like. LOL I'm surprised you didn't notice them while we were working out this evening. I think tomorrow I shall braid it and add some pretty ribbons
