Last night, Tumbles jumped up on the bathroom counter!
It wasn't a clean jump, but he made it up there. He didn't even do the "easy up" way which includes jumping on the toilet, then on the tank, then over to the counter. He just jumped up from the floor. I'm so proud of my little man! Now we just have to teach him that the bathroom counter is the only counter kitties are allowed on in our house.

BTW, for those who've been following him, he's now 5 months old (approx. 20 wks), his permanent canines are coming in, and he's scheduled to be snipped in 2 weeks. Oh! And he's very much loved.

Oh yeah, but now that he's learned that, you're headed for the "terrible twos'"
. Once my boys figured out how to get up on the bathroom counters, there was no stopping them. Soon they were hanging from the celing fans (slight exaggeration, but not much). Seriously, they started going from their cat tree to the top of a bookcase, and kept staring at the celing fan. I always expected one of them to make a leap for it, expecially when it was off, just because it was some place they hadn't inspected yet

He's already jumping all over the place like a crazy man! Sometimes it's like he's swinging from the chandelier, if we had one.
I have a stool beside the computer and he's discovered that it leads to the keyboard tray and places beyond to explore. He does the "Kramer" appearance all the time and magically appears at my elbow. Too, too cute!!
