Chilly and rainy today. Off to the shower in a few, about to get some coffee.

Work should be relaxed today, there haven't been a lot of claims lately. I am really caught up and it feels good!

Tonight I have an appointment and then making steak at home.

Hopefully today will be relatively uneventful. Im so sick of rain and now our area has a flood watch into tomorrow. Thankfully our house isnt in a flood zone or that would suck big time. We were invited randomly to go to the Bloomsburg Fair tonight but thats an hour drive back and forth for us on a work night so its probably a no go.
Im thinking BBQ pork chops for dinner tonight with either mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes...mmmmm yummy.

Morning!

It's supposed to be fairly nice today before the rain comes back in tonight and into tomorrow.....it is to be quite nasty tomorrow with downpours pretty much all day. We do need the rain, just not the downpours. A nice, steady soaking rain would work very well.

I think there's a law or something that says it has to rain during fair week. We're not going either this year; the only reason we ever went was for Gunzey's hot sausage sandwiches....yum!

Not sure about dinner tonight, probably a grilled chicken breast sliced into a salad for DH and me.

Another drizzly day here, but i'm leaving for home in 25 minutes so i can get curled up to watch things i recorded last night

Not much going on today. I'm working from home again curled up with my laptop and my Pria.

We went last night to check out a new discount grocery store and got a LOT of great deals, especially on healthier choices!

I try my best to eat healthy, and it upsets me at times because it is so much more expensive, but this place was awesome. I love saving money!

We'll be watching the newest Sons of Anarchy episode tonight.

Good morning

Traffic was strangely light this morning on my route to work. Decided not to take the Interstate but go the other "scenic" way that has been ridiculous when it comes to traffic. Barely anything, even with all the crappy dreary weather we're having this morning! Yay

Hubby said the Interstate was pretty messed up this morning.

My legs are killing me from the 5+ miles on the treadmill last night

Hopefully they're doing better by this afternoon, because I've got my 3-4 hour workout with my friend at her place, and she's got a stash of strength training/P90X stuff to do after our pole/silks/hoop practice (that also counts as a workout!) Going to have to use 2 hours of time off for work today since I got up late though, booo. Work is slow so I'll certainly be done in time to go there.

-Yawn- This weather makes me sleepy! Hope everyone has a great Wednesday

Morning.. I was woken up a bit after 7:30 this morning by I guess a jack-hammer or something like that next door. I don't know what's going on, but workers keep taking wheelbarrows full of chopped up concrete out from the back and dumping it in their truck. All I know is it's loud! But I wanted to get up early anyway so it's ok.

Weather today is much cooler than the past few days, should only go up in the 80s. Nice!

I want to do some Kohl's shopping this morning, but my tummy isn't feeling too nice right now, don't know why. In any case I don't feel like I should leave the house quite yet.

If I can get there before 1PM I can get big bad sales + an additional 20% off. If I can find anything worth buying that is. I'm going to look for green towels for the white bathroom, we got green paint and plan to paint it soon. Heh, then the 2 bathrooms will be the only non-white/beige rooms in the house for now.

Other than that, I have accounting class tonight. I hope I will finally get my test grade from a week and a half ago!

Good Morning!!


Another good day - expecting it to get even better!!

We're in the desert - and, believe it or not - we've ALSO got rain!!

No complaints - we do need the water - but, the roads will be slippery - and a lot of people in the desert may not realize they need to drive more careful.
