that was easy!

Any pet related things that you expect is going to be insanely hard to do, but the pets actually do what you want and make it super easy?

Tonight I wanted to weigh Google. I figured I would have to pull the weigh myself then weigh myself while holding a thrashing cat... So I go in the bathroom and turn the scale on, and call for Google. I point at the scale, and he climbs on and sits pretty and lets it weigh him, and then he sat there until I petted his head and told him he was a good boy. Then he went back to sleeping in the floor! I was amazed! Why cant he always make life that easy?!

LOL. Then there's things that you figure should be easy... but they don't turn out to be that way. I thought taking the dogs to the cabin every weekend this summer was going to be mayhem. It was easy! Both dogs slept in the back for most of the ride and were a joy to bring with. Now, you'd figure bringing them to the dog park would be easy... err, no. My Husky LOVES the dogs park, but my GSD wants no part in playing with strange dogs.

Last week we went to deworm all of the fosters and thought for sure we'd have some fights on our hands, but they were all super good and swallowed their pill first try!

I always think that bathing the cats is going to be harder than it actually is...The hardest part is listening to the 'why are you killing me' meows while they are in the tub but Ive never had any claws come out while giving baths.

Last year our vet showed the deworming pills to our fosters and asked; are you going to be good and eat this ? And they took the pills right of her hand and swallowed them.
Color me surprised.

WOW! Ok, mine weren't THAT good.

I wish I could say Autumn made even one simple thing easy but NOOOOOOOO, she makes nothing easy for me. She makes everything a struggle for me, that's just the way she is.

Diva is very dog-like. She will come when I call her and if I want her to do something, 95% of the time, she will do it...
