is that the vet policy to drop them off before and pick them up day after? I got my 9 2 1/2 and 3 months olds done not to long ago. Bounced right back-how old are yours?

it's a low coast spay and neuter clinic, and yeah it's the clinics policy. they like to keep an eye on them overnight.

these guys are between 16 and 18 weeks, semi-ferals that we took in this summer. the little boy cat is really skittish, i just hope this doesn't set him back! he has made a lot of progress this week!

kittens.

Thank goodness a thread about someone actually getting their cats spayed and neutered, instead of all the other stuff I'm reading lately.

Best of luck to your babies, I'll be in your position soon, when it's Queen Eva's turn.

Well at least its safer as you know for sure they are getting done as I had a feral escape crate day of spay...almost thought id have to cancel.

Keep loving on him he should do fine-I had some semis done few years ago they set back few days then came around more loving then ever.

Yeah otto I hear ya

to you and the kitties

Most of the kitty mommy and daddy's were more scared than the kitties!

they're home today, and happy to be back!
they didn't give us much info on post op, just what to watch for.

how long should i be limiting their movement? cause fenny wants back in with the big kitthes NOW thank you. it's hard to keep her cooped up, she keeps making a break for it! and i think i am going to have to cut up a sock for her, she keeps licking her incision...
