Hot knife recommendations?

I know we have some crafters here. I need a hot knife. Any recommendations?

I'm on a budget.

I was looking at the Xacto, being a name I tend to trust, but the reviews are terrible.

OK I found out it cuts foam and related things. Well Exacto is a good brand. Find a craft forum, and ask opinions...I've done that from time to time.

No better advice than someone who has the experience. Kind of like TCS.
