I can't keep my mouth shut any longer....

I've debated about posting this because I don't want to jinx it, but I just have to....

I'm pregnant!!!!

Some of you might remember that I found out I was pregnant in March and miscarried a few (in fact 10 days) later. Well, we've been trying (much to hubby's delight hehe), and it worked! The doctor estimated 8 wks at my appointment on Monday, based on my last period, but I had my first ultrasound today and we're looking at more like 6 wks. But, things look good, my levels keep increasing and it looks stable. I know it's still very early and a lot can happen in the next few month, but we're thrilled!

So far I haven't had any morning sickness. In fact, I'm pretty much starving all the time. The worst part is being tired all the time. I swear, by 2:00pm I'm ready for a nap . Right now my due date is april 30, 2011 but that will probably change once they figure out exactly how far along I am.

Just, please send vibes that this little bugger sticks around.

Thanks guys! I swore I wouldn't tell anyone until after the first trimester, just in case, but it's hard not to. The only people I've told were people at work that had to know such as supervisor and team lead since they approve all time off for doctor's appointments. I wasn't going to, but they took me into a private meeting to find out if I was dying or not! Nope, just pregnant.

I told DH to tell his family, meaning MIL, SIL, BIL.....apparently his idea of family is distant cousins twice removed, everyone he works with, and some old lady at wal-mart who thinks he will be a great dad and sends her best wishes for both of us. At least he hasn't posted it on facebook this time...yet. He's itching to though.

LOL, that's how I was in January. I planned on waiting until second tri, planned on keeping the sex and the name a secret...we told everyone the second we found out anything. LOL. It's just too exciting to keep secret.
