I smell like tuna

Was trying to trap in my feral colony this morning (no luck) and used tuna flavored Fancy Feast as bait. Somehow, some of the food ended up in my pants pocket. No idea how that happened. So, am sitting here at my desk at work smelling like tuna. Am I a crazy cat lady or what.

Well, that's sure to make you more popular with cats.


In my typical clumsiness I've accidentally had cans slip? flip? out of my hands and onto me.
I've never had wet cat food in my pockets, but it's ended up in my hair before.

My DH works at a petfood plant (they only make dry) and in the past there have been huge piles of fines (rejected food). He and some other guys at work would play on them - taking containers and scoop shovels to ride down the food on.
Whenever he did that he'd come home and dump dog food out of his shoes and pockets. And I wonder why the cats always act excited to see him when he gets home.

It could be a sign of positive things soon on your quest for the feral cats, who knows they might end up coming to you instantly because of that smell..
