One week past my due date!! I KNEW this would happen. I won't let them induce me until I'm 42 weeks, I want to give my body a chance to do what it's meant to.

I'm just so sick of waiting and waiting. I can get about six hours of sleep a night, interrupted about seven times by having to change positions, or go pee.

I walk as much as I can, but he's engaged, so he's really low and my pubic bone hurts so bad, I limp! Not to mention, I go pee before I leave for a walk and I have to go pee again before I get a block away!!

Sorry...just a rant. I'm so frustrated and getting really upset. And I'm bored. I had to stop working in August, I'm a server and I just couldn't do it anymore...

Thanks for reading.

Aww, I've been wondering about that since your sig said he's supposed to be here on the 15th..

Hope he decides to come out SOON so you can have your body back! And of course so you can have your son too!

BTW, is anyone going to alert us when you go?????????
I bet I'll have time. I'm gonna stay home as long as I can, and I'll bring my laptop to the birth center and update between contractions.

That happened to a friend of mine during her last pregnancy. I swear she stuck out further than she was tall! (She's a very short girl
) Baby just didn't wanna leave the cozy womb.

Hope he decides to make an appearance soon!

I can remember all to well how those last weeks felt. UGH I feel your pain!!! I hope all goes well and Dylan decides to get a move on outta your belly. Have you tried any of those 'sure fire' ways to jump start labor. I can think of one off the top of my head but at this stage it may just be too uncomfortable and painful with him so low in your pelvis.

For some reason I find that hilarious. Good luck with that, though at some point you'll feel too terrible to care.

I always thought due dates were approximate since (hopefully) no doctor was sitting bedside with a stop watch.
In other words, Dylan may not know he's due, yet.
He'll get here. That you have a quick and relatively easy delivery.

Yeah, that made me smile when I read that, too.

Good luck! I hope Dylan decides to make a speedy and painfree appearance!

Yes, they're approximate. And actually by ovulation he was just due on the 20th, but my doctor is going by last period. Which was the 15th.

Well, I'm pretty much addicted to my lap top normally. I figure when I'm in early labor I'll be bored and will be able to update.

Nothing new today. My friend just gave me an exercise ball, so I've been bouncing on it. I'm so ready to have a baby!!!

Have you ever seen My Name is Earl???

I just watched season 3 the other day and this reminded me of the episode when Joy was a week overdue with her half sisters baby and the one scene was her grabbing a plunger to suck the baby out..Such a funny episode but when I read about the exercise ball I just pictured a pregnant lady bouncing on it saying get out get out get out already....

Hopefully the labor goes quickly and as pain free as possible!

Huuuuummmmm..... I was not going to post this here, been thinking should I, should I not....but, since you insist....

Are you ready for a thousand year old recipe for inducing labor??

are you???

Well...........

Get pretty, get sexy, and as Christina from Grey's Anatomy would say, do the Nasty Nasty with DH like there is no tomorrow!

Seriously - it's a good and fun way to induce labor, dotcha think?
