We already have two, but couldn't turn down rescuing this wonderful female German Shepherd puppy about 1 year old. She's already 56 LBS. We are looking for name suggestions.

Oh she is beautiful!
Have fun with her!

A random name that popped in my head is Cassie. I don't know why but that's what I thought when I saw the pic.

My sheperd border collie's cross is nearing the end of her life and I have had her since I was 17 and her name is Lady and we call her Ladybug and I would be honored to have a sweet shep named after my sweet Lady

Hmm I love unique names for dogs! I worked at a kennel for 3 years and it was so annoying when we had 5 Bella's and so many Macy's and so very many Sams! LOL! Plus the dogs got rather confused!
I like the names:
Adelle (means German Noble since she is a GSD!)
Aubrey
Leyna (means little angel)

She is very lovely! And such gorgeous eyes!

I want to thank all that gave suggestions so far. There's been some really good ones. We will probably make a decision shortly, as we want to do some training, and a name will surely help.

Congrats! She is beautiful. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with her. I have a 3 year old female GSD myself named Jeta and she is one of the loves of my life.

OMG--HOW ADORABLE!!! German Shepherds are my favorite dog breed. I had one as a kid. I have no ideas for names, but just wanted to tell you she's cute as a button. Congratulations on your new puppy!

Ok, after reading the other posts, I must suggest Heidi, as well. That was the name of my G.S. when I was a youngster!
