I like the paw prints! I love tattoos and many people I know have them. I don't have any - not that brave. If I was I would get an outline of my favorite breed of dog that is so close to my heart and soul and a cross of some type. Both pretty small and simple. And maybe a small spider. See, I am already addicted and I don't even have any yet and probably never will

Just wait till you reach the point where you don't count the tattoos, rather the sittings or hours spent on them LOL.

I have ummm, I dunno, stopped counting but have sat for 17 sessions with many more hours to go.

I love it, love the positioning. Tis funny how it can be so painful to some, and nothing to others....but then we all have our own pain tolerance eh. Mine has gotten pushed on the back of my leg approaching the back of the knee....that is the only spot that "scares" me LOL. I may end up with a full leg minus the back of the knee...we'll see.

Is there a reason you wanted 8 footprints? Curious if its due to 8 kitties, or just cuz it fit well?

I like the tummy one too, and would love to see a pic of the phoenix if you have one?

The stencil I found online had 4 paw prints, and I wanted more than that so I had the girl double it. It actually fit where I wanted it perfectly with those 8. Technically there are two prints for each cat I have now if we looked at it that way (Katina, Nero, Hoshi, Neko). I may add more later on, either further up or down. But I dont really see it as numerically representing my cats, as I've had many in the past and present and will certainly have more in the future (though I hope my currents live for a good 20 years, so I'll be in my early 40s by the next ones!)

When I get home from work I'll post the phoenix. Even my mother had to admit that one came out REALLY nice. My grandma went on about it for days I got it last time I went to New Jersey, since I always said I'd get that tattoo done there, she couldn't stop telling people to look at it every time we went out. She also liked my griffin/gryphon/griffen (however you want to spell it) on my calf, but not as much as the phoenix. I need to send her a picture of the paw prints since she adores the idea and also loves kitties.

That is awesome cute. It looks like what I feel when the cats walk on me as I am trying to sleep. Nice.
