Feral Cat Furniture- Big Paws UP

Yesterday, www.felinefurniture.com delivered to me their new line of outdoor furniture for cats called Catio Furniture. It was so easy to assemble and also to move about. Made of stout wood poles and weatherproof hammocks. My barn cats love it as do the ferals. There are wooden platforms for feeding and hammocks below for sleeping and playing. My cats were racing up this unit as soon as it was placed near the house. I find it a plus because now the cats hang closer. They have the comfort of home without having the stress of being confined in our house- plus the openess allows them easy access to escape when they feel in danger.

Photo is below- showing Riley and Squirrel two of my five barn cats- Highly recommend anyone working with outside cats to investigate this new line of furniture-

That's terrific! How wonderful that the creators of cat furniture are thinking about the ferals and other outside kitties too.

awesome. i am totally getting some of this! I think it is important to get ferals to stick in one place as much as possible and this could help. we lost one of our favorite ferals to a car this summer because he tried to cross a street a couple of blocks away. ever since i've been looking for ways to help keep a colony in one place.
