Solor pool covers for insulation

I just got my hands on some large pieces of a solar cover. I plan to put it on Craigs list for free for use in winter shelters.

I don't suppose anyone in my area knows of any feral cat people that would like this.

I plan to contact feral cat focus in my area to see if they can use it.

If you give it away, make sure you instruct them to install the bubble side towards the inside of the shelter, otherwise it will fall apart.

We have a pool with a solar cover, so know that if put on the pool the wrong way, it will fall apart. I would have never thought to use it as insulation for shelters - good idea!

Oh good idea about the bubble toward the inside. Yea, I read it on one of the feral sites when we had ferals. Since all my ferals have disappeared, well all 3, I'd sure like some kitty, somewhere, to keep warm. I am waiting for a return call from FCF

I miss my ferals.....I still look to see if they have been around. It's been over a year and a half now.
