Morning folks!

Yesterday was a holiday here so I was not around the post the daily. Well I was sleeping in

Rainy dreary day today. I am off to work in a few.

Lots of crazies to deal with today...ugh...at least my manager is back from vacay.

Thankfully the wind has died down, but weve had rain since the early hours of this morning, but now that's stopped and the suns trying to peep through

Going for a late lunch with one one group of friends, then out for dinner with another group tonight so i better just have something light for lunch

Morning!

Back to work after a lovely 3-day weekend. My sister and BIL came over for dinner last night, so we had a bit of a late night. Our grilled pizza on Saturday was a success; my niece is coming home again this coming weekend to have a tattoo worked on and she asked me if we could do it again this Saturday night. So I guess we're having grilled pizza again this weekend!

It's a sunny and beautiful morning with highs to be around the mid-80s or so.

I'm on a conference call right now as I type. Shows how much I'm needed on said call hun?

I'm supposed to go see my brother at his shop after work to get an old tattoo touched up. Hopefully it'll happen as he has a tendency to cancel on me.

If that doesn't happen, we'll go to the gym and get a good workout in.

Our weather here is going to be sticky and warm with about a 30% chance of those ol' t'underin'boomlets again---which probs won't happen. We have had barrels of humidity but saw hardly any rain this summer

Morning, all!

I used the heater this morning because Autumn is here! It's raining 11°C (52°F) and the house was damp and chilly. We live in an old 1930's farm house and once the cold sets into the house, you have to fire up the furnace in the basement or you'll never warm up.

I've been tempted to turn it on a couple of times this summer, it's always chilly here, but that goes against my principles, being from Texas.

Evening All!!

Its cool (57F/14C) and temps dropping to 47F tonite. Been super windy all day and still windy.
Had 4th Personal Trainer session at the gym plus really busy at work so I decided not to go to clients house tonite (plus it was misting outside).

So staying off my feet as they are sore (maybe a soak in the whirlpool tub is in order).

Working 6 am till noon tomorrow then heading north to my large commercial client to do some lawn fertilizing, grass seed planting and weeding. I may try the client I was supposed to stop at today I'll have to see how it goes.

Nothing too exciting!

Just yesterday filled out paperwork and got fingerprinted and got my conditional hire as a community support aide in the local adult foster care home! YAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!! Now I just have to get a physical, drug screen and two tb tests and if all comes clean - which it should - I have this new job! And I can still work at Bookworld! I'm so excited I could bounce out of the ceiling!
