Google is improving!

Thank you all so much for the suggestions regarding Google and his random attacks! He has gotten MUCH better this month!
We did get a feliway plug, but it has only been in for maybe a week, so I dont know how much it is actually helping yet. But we have been making sure not to play with him with our feet, and to scream if he tries to get us. Seems to be working great!
We have also gotten extra toys for him, a new scratcher in the turbo scratcher (with a replacement golf ball.... which makes a lovely noise when he manages to get it out of the scratcher and go rolling it through our house on the hard wood floors at 3 am.... ), a catnip banana, a catnip cigar, extra crinkle and jingle balls, and hairbows (he loves to fetch them). We've also been having some extra play sessions.
Also we have been giving him wet food, which he loves and it makes him extremely happy, later at night and it seems he is in a much better mood! I tell him its because he's been a good boy but I highly doubt that is helping! LOL!

The past 3 nights he has slept with us! He never really has before, and when he did he would sleep at the end of the bed, but now he is actually up next to us purring away! (Joey still tries to sleep between us or on us...) I also got to hold him this morning for about 15 minutes without any angry noises! He was purring and seemed very happy, but got distracted by a bird!
The only problem we are still having is him trying to get into his off-limit rooms constantly! One being the guest bedroom and the other being the garage (the garage door is open often and there are way too many chemicals down there!) But I think that will never get better! He's just a typical nosy kitty!
Again thank you guys for your suggestions!

I am so glad Google is behaving better! Maybe eventually he will stop the attacks completely!

Thanks for the update! Glad he's improving.

Cats don't think of places as being off limits - the best way to keep cats out of areas you don't want them to go is to shut the door. I learnt that a long time ago.

I'm so glad Google is getting better for you! Now if you could just come over here and work on Hurley for me! He's been mostly okay with us humans it's Pandora he's been attacking (not drawing blood, just lots of noise). It's frustrating when your fur kid won't behave!

The door is shut at all times, But they see us go in and wait at the door and the moment we open it they DART in and under the bed. Its horrible. lol!

I spoke too soon on one part. I was sitting in the recliner last night and apparently moved my foot when he was riled up playing with his cigar and he jumped up and got 4 claws in the top of my foot, 2 in my ankle, and I have a perfect bite mark (4 fang marks) on the bottom of my foot. It hurt sooo much!
