Kitten problems!

Hi!


My kittens been with us for 2 months now, my cat is used to her yet everytime hes around she feels the need to "play" with him. But its not gentle playing as my kitten is very aggressive, so she bites him and jumps on his head a lot. I'm trying to stop her scaling peoples legs and biting humans - but how do I get her to leave my long suffering cat alone? I'm worried shes going to make him run away at this rate!

Also, she is very good when it comes to being litter trained but recently shes started to pee in the corners of my office! Its only happened since I've taken her to the vets for the first time and thats the only room she does it in - Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

It would probably be best if your cat would correct her. In matters of cat behavior a cat teacher for a kitten is best. So if you see him smack her across the head, good.

Otherwise you need to wear her out. Use wand toys like Da Bird and a laser point to make her run around.

They're trying to work out who's the dominant cat. As long as there's no bloodshed or fur flying, they should be okay. However, if you think it's getting to be too much for your older cat, you can use a towel draped between them to "herd" the little one to a better area where you can play with him. Or, you can "herd" your older kitty to a safe place where the kitten can't bother her.

As for the inappropriate urination, she needs to go back to the vet to be checked for any medical problems, such as a urinary tract infection, which can be brought on by stress. How many boxes do you have for them?
