Morning folks

Today's question has to do with the radio.

What's your favorite radio station?

Mine is 104.9FM The Wolf. It's pretty much the only rock radio station here. Everything else seems to be either pop or country. Definitely note my favorites.

In the house, CJME because the cats prefer talk radio. In the vehicle, The Wolf, Jack, or Magic 103. Odd times, CHAB, or CBC 540.............and I know, Tiger, you will recognise them all.

95SX (95.1) for pop/rock/current hits.

Indeed I do
. My uncle listens to CJME all day long. I don't know how he stays awake. John Gormley can put me to sleep in 10 minutes

KAXL Radio for Life. They play contemporary Christian music and is commercial free. That is because it is listener supported. Their website is kaxl.com. They have a live stream if you care to listen what kind of music it is.

Both Mike and I love it. From 9-10pm PST, they have a broadcast geared toward the hip-hop crowd. I normally put in a CD or a DVD during that time. LOL

I can about tolerate Gormley but not for too long....really only pay a bit of attention to any of it but do listen to Drew Remenda especially when Glenn Suitor is on.

I only listen to radio in the car, and I have a subscription to Sirius radio. It was offered free with the new car for 6 months and (as they anticipated) I got hooked on it. I listen to the 60s, 70s, or 80s channel usually, depending on my mood and song being played.

I only half listen to the radio when my radio/alarm clock goes off in the morning, I don't like any of the stations because the DJ'S are more interested in the sound of their own voices than in playing music.

Usually we listen to cds because nothing comes in out here.

We used to be able to get KKZU The Zoo (classic rock) but since they "improved" it to a digital signal no one can get it in anymore. This from a station that's ~50-60 miles away. Considering who owns/manages it, I'm not surprised.

Mine is the NY oldies station. I love the oldies since today there is not a whole lot of music I really like, plus it brings me back to my youth.

At the moment the only station that I like here plays pop. I prefer adult alternative or 90's alternative, but none of the stations here play that anymore. Where we will be moving to has a station like that, so I will definitely be listening to it.
