I went to the gnc website to find grapefruit see extract for my kitties and it says that it may help IBS!! What the heck, maybe I will take it too.

Has anyone else with IBS tried it?

Val, I tasted one drop on my fingertip and that was enough for me!
Actually, I didn't know it was good for that, I may have to grin and bear it and have some.

Val, did you find the liquid form on the GNC site? I've checked there in the past and only found the pill form.

I too suffer from IBS. I've had it since I was a teenager. Luckily, I average 1 attack a month at most, but I may just have to give GSE a try....if I have no attacks that is even better!

Did you give the grapefruit seed extract a try? Did it help you? I'm thinking of giving it a try too.
